Ingredients
- 4 small ready made chocolate graham cracker pie crusts
- 3 cups milk, whole(reserve one cup)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 large egg yolks,beaten
- 1 cup peanut butter,crunchy
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons chopped nuts(for garnish)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips, mini
- 1 bottle caramel ice cream topping
How To Make chocolate peanut butter tartlets

Step 1Slowly heat the milk in a non stick sauce pan or double boiler is even better until it gets hot,just about to the boiling point. combine the sugar,cornstarch and salt together with the egg yolks and one cup of the reserved milk,mix well.

Step 2Next add whisk half of the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture to temper it,then add that back in to the heated milk mixture and whisk it until the peanut butter has melted.

Step 3Remove from heat,transfer to another bowl and let it cool slightly. in the mean time make fresh whipped cream with the heavy cream and confectioners sugar. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pie shells and top with whipped cream,chocolate chips or flaked chocolate,chopped nuts and caramel drizzle! Chill for at least one hour before serving,enjoy! :)
