- 1 box jello pistachio flavor instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups cool whip topping, thawed, divided
- 6 - oreo cool mint creme cookies, chopped
- 1 - oreo pie crust
- 1 ounce semi-sweet chocolate, melted
How To Make chocolate mint grasshopper pie

Step 1Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and chopped cookies. Spoon into crust.

Step 2Cover with remaining Cool Whip; drizzle with melted chocolate.

Step 3Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
