chocolate coconut pie
This is a simple and delicious recipe for anyone who likes coconut and chocolate together. They can be made into bars by placing into an 8" or 9" square pan. It is a decadent dessert to serve company.

Ingredients
- 3 squares - unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup - butter or margarine
- 3 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup - sugar
- 1/2 cup - all purpose flour
- 1 tsp - vanilla
- FILLING
- 1 can - sweetened condensed milk
- 2 2/3 cups - unsweetened, desicated coconut
How To Make chocolate coconut pie

Step 1Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds. Remove and stir until smooth. Microwave in 10 second increments if not completely melted. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour into greased 9" pie pan, coating sides of pan.

Step 2Combine coconut and condensed milk. Spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2" to 1" border around the edge of the chocolate pie crust.

Step 3Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
