Chocolate Cherry Cheese Tarts

Renee Fisher

These pretty little tarts are reminiscent of chocolate covered cherries...only the chocolate is inside the cheesecake! Sometimes, I make them even smaller, in those tiny little tart pans with just one cherry on top. But,'s Valentine's Day, and these are just the perfect size to satisfy your Sweetie's sweet tooth!

  1. For Cheesecake filling:

  2. For Topping:
Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread a heaping tablespoon on top of each tart. Chill for 1 hour. Before serving, top each tart with a spoonful of the pie filling (I like to include 3 cherries).
