flour(heaping)

cinnamon

nutmeg

caramel icecream topping (split)
1/8 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Caramel Apple Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare bottom crust in pie pan.
  • 2Peel and slice apples
  • 3Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • 4Pour over sliced apples, tossing to coat.
  • 5Pour into prepared pie shell .
  • 6Pour half of caramel topping over apple mixture.
  • 7Dot with butter, put top pie crust on. Slit air vents,Flute edges.
  • 8Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
