Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 12-oz. jar(s)
    butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1-9 in.
    unbaked pie shell

How to Make Butterscotch Coconut Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients in the order listed, stirring after each addition.
  3. Pour batter into pie shell.
  4. Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Let cool; serve at room temperature.
