Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 12-oz. jars butterscotch ice cream topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1-9 in. - unbaked pie shell

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients in the order listed, stirring after each addition.

Step 3Pour batter into pie shell.

Step 4Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Let cool; serve at room temperature.
