- 1 - 9 inch single plain pastry shell, unbaked
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons self rising flour
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
