Ingredients
- 1 - double crust pie crust
- 4 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- - juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
How To Make blueberry pie

Step 1Combine filling ingredients. Allow to sit for a few minutes to accumulate juices.

Step 2Line 9" pie pan with one crust. Pour blueberry filling into crust and top with the other crust. Cut slits in top.

Step 3Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for another 45 - 55 minutes or until brown.

Step 4Note -- If using fresh berries, crush one cup to make juice.

Step 5Note -- For a brown crust, brush with a little milk and lightly sprinkle sugar on top.
