How to Make Blueberry Pie
- Combine filling ingredients. Allow to sit for a few minutes to accumulate juices.
- Line 9" pie pan with one crust. Pour blueberry filling into crust and top with the other crust. Cut slits in top.
- Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for another 45 - 55 minutes or until brown.
- Note -- If using fresh berries, crush one cup to make juice.
- Note -- For a brown crust, brush with a little milk and lightly sprinkle sugar on top.
