- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- - blueberries
How To Make blueberry butter tarts

Step 1whisk together egg, corn syrup, lemon juice and vanilla. Add brown sugar and flour. Add to above with melted butter.

Step 2pour over blueberries in tart shells. Either homemade, or in a pinch store bought.

Step 3bake 375 degrees for 18-23 minutes
