Yep! you guessed it a mix of rhubarb and blueberries, in this pie recipe.. blueberries are plentiful now here in Belleview, Florida at the blueberry farms...

Ingredients
- - pie crust top and bottom
- 4 cups rhubarb, fresh or frozen sliced
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make bluebarb pie

Step 1In a large bowl combine the sugar, tapioca, and salt. Add rhubarb and blueberries, toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Transfer to crust and dot with butter.

Step 2Top with upper crust, and cut slits to vent. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Step 3Cover pie edge with foil, Bake at 400* for 40-45 minutes, remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking time. Cool on a wire rack..Enjoy!
