    9inch single pie crust, unbaked
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    light corn syrup (the clear kind)
  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c
    pecans, halves or chopped (i used chopped)
  • 3 slice
    bacon, fried crisp & crumbled small

How to Make Bacon Pecan Pie


  1. Heat oven to 350. FILLING- Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup, butter, salt, vanilla, pecans and crumbled bacon in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until filling is set. Cool to room temperature before serving .
