Ingredients
- 1 - 9inch single pie crust, unbaked
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup (the clear kind)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pecans, halves or chopped (i used chopped)
- 3 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled small
How To Make bacon pecan pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350. FILLING- Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup, butter, salt, vanilla, pecans and crumbled bacon in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.

Step 2Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until filling is set. Cool to room temperature before serving .
