This pecan pie is wonderful with the crumbled crisp bacon added to it! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 9inch single pie crust, unbaked
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup (the clear kind)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans, halves or chopped (i used chopped)
  • 3 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled small

How To Make bacon pecan pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. FILLING- Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup, butter, salt, vanilla, pecans and crumbled bacon in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until filling is set. Cool to room temperature before serving .
