Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 24
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    chopped dates (optional and i never add)
  • 1
    small container cool whip

How to Make Angel Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and baking powder gradually. Add vanilla. Mix in crushed crackers and pecan. Fold into meringue (egg whites) gradually with spoon. Spoon into a 9" greased pie plate - (no other crust)
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Once cool serve with 2 tablespoons of cool whip and sprinkle of pecans.
