Ingredients
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 24 - ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped dates (optional and i never add)
- 1 - small container cool whip
How To Make angel pecan pie

Step 1Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and baking powder gradually. Add vanilla. Mix in crushed crackers and pecan. Fold into meringue (egg whites) gradually with spoon. Spoon into a 9" greased pie plate - (no other crust)

Step 2Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Once cool serve with 2 tablespoons of cool whip and sprinkle of pecans.
