Ingredients
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- 1 - 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 - half-pint low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 - 8 oz. container lite cool whip
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make 8-minute low-fat cheesecake

Step 1Using mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.

Step 2Spoon into the graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 to 4 hours. Optional: top with strawberries, kiwi or raspberries.
