    graham cracker pie crust

    8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    half-pint low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1
    8 oz. container lite cool whip
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make 8-Minute Low-fat Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Using mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
  2. Spoon into the graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 to 4 hours. Optional: top with strawberries, kiwi or raspberries.
