8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened

half-pint low-fat vanilla yogurt

8 oz. container lite cool whip
1/3 c
granulated sugar
2 tsp
vanilla

How to Make 8-Minute Low-fat Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Using mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
  • 2Spoon into the graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 to 4 hours. Optional: top with strawberries, kiwi or raspberries.
