Ingredients

  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 - 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - half-pint low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - 8 oz. container lite cool whip
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make 8-minute low-fat cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Using mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
  • Step 2
    Spoon into the graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 to 4 hours. Optional: top with strawberries, kiwi or raspberries.
