2Mix all ingredients together and pour on a greased 11 1/2 x 19 baking pan. Bake for 30 min. then frost when cool.
3For Frosting: the amounts that I have given for the frosting can be cut in 1/2 if you don't like thick frosting. Cream together the last 5 ingredients (cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk & vanilla) together til creamy. Frost cake. Enjoy!
