Whenever I have a guest for dinner, I like to serve a dessert but being that my sister in law is diabetic, it makes it a little difficult since I don't want her to have something she shouldn't. Having lost my mother at the young age of 61 to the disease, I know it's very difficult to turn away from those yummy sweets that you know you shouldn't have. So.........I wanted to come up with something that was diabetic friendly, yet still very yummy. I think I accomplished that - these were delicious!! Enjoy!!
