Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 can(s)
    pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    sugar

How to Make Sopapilla Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Unroll and spread 1 can crescent rolls on bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. Press all the seams together.
  2. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls.
  3. Unroll and spread remaining crescent rolls over mixture.
  4. Spread melted butter over the top and sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
