These were a good snack to serve to neighbor and her visitors from Russia...Galina and her friends were anxious to try American treats...they loved them..and said they never had anything like them before....only they said it in Russian, Galina translated for us!

Ingredients

  • 6 slice
    white bread
  • ·
    creamy peanut butter
  • ·
    hersey's chocolate spread
  • ·
    golden grahams cereal, crushed slightly
  • ·
    mini marshmallows

How to Make S'more Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread chocolate spread on 3 slices of the bread.
    Spread peanut butter on the remaining 3 slices of bread.
  2. Place crushed golden graham cereal on the chocolate spread side of bread.
  3. Place mini marshmallows on the peanut butter side of bread.press down slightly.
  4. Place the marshmallow side on top of the graham cereal side.
  5. Place sandwiches in toaster oven and toast until lightly browned. Remove and cut in half diagonally..enjoy!
    NOTE: these can also be baked in the oven until lightly browned or under the broiler --keeping an eye on them in the toasting methods you decide to use.
