I received this recipe in an email from Food.Com and I just had to pass it on!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut into 3/4" pieces
  • 1 can sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats ( i used quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How To Make rhubarb crisp

  • Step 1
    Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon and put into a glass baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter and sprinkle this mixture over the rhubarb.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
