Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • - juice of one lemon
  • - lemon zest, grated

How To Make no bake cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Blend softened cream cheese and condensed milk.
  • Step 2
    Once you have an even consistency, add lemon juice and zest. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Use either homemade or store bought graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
