I don't know where I got this recipe but they are good. My family loves them. Hope you enjoy them also.

Serves:
30 mini cups
Method:
No-Cook or Other

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    fresh orange zest
  • 2 Tbsp
    mini chocolate chips
  • 30
    fillo cuos (2 boxes)
  • MINI CANNOLLI BITES

How to Make Mini Cannoli Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. In small food processor or blender, blend first 5 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Remove to bowl and fold in orange zest and chips.
  3. Using a spoon,fill evenly into 30 fillo cups.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cocoa or both.
  5. Serve immediately. (note), Only put the cream filling into cups just before serving, so cups do not get soggy.
