  2. Mix vanilla pudding with lemon rind and limoncello.
  3. In bowls,in a tray *in what you like to use for desserts),lay a layer,with pound cakes cubes,than one of pudding,and,continue,so,till you finish the cake and pudding,the last layer must be,one with pound cake cubes.
  4. Put a little time in the fridge,it is more refreshing so.
  5. When you serve it,on top chocolate,caramel,or fruit topping,depend on your taste,and mint leafs....
