Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 - (12 ounces) cool whip
  • 1 package (3 ounces) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 package (3 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk

How To Make layered pudding dessert

  • Step 1
    Mix together in a food processor flour, pecans and butter- the mixture should resemble crumbs. Pat into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Step 2
    Cream together cream cheeses and powdered sugar. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
  • Step 3
    Whip pudding mixes and milk together until thickened, and spread over cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Chill before serving, at least 2 hours. You can substitute 2 (3 ounces) pkge. instant lemon pudding for a summertime treat.
