  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c
    butter melted
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1 oz
    8oz cream cheese softned
  • 1 can(s)
    14 oz eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large
  • 1 oz
    21 oz apple pie filling
  • 1/2 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    pillsbury flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    cold butter
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/3 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Harvest Apple Streusel Squares by Eagle Brand


  1. Heat oven 350. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and pecans in small bowl. Press evenly into prepared pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Pour over prepared crust. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese layer.
  3. Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cranberries and pecans. Sprinkle over apple layer.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden (do not over bake). Cool before serving
