This is a quick and easy cheesecake. Very tasty and you can vary the flavor of the pie filling. Strawberry, cherry and blueberry are all delicious.

1 - white or yellow cake mix
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 packages 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
4 - eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can pie filling- strawberry, cherry

How To Make easy cheesecake

Step 1

preheat oven to 300. reserve 1 cup dry cake mix.

Step 2

In a large bowl combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil. mixture will be crumbly. press mixture evenly into bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sides of a greased 13x9 inch pan.
Step 3

In same bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sugar. add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Step 4

slowly add milk and extracts mixing on low until smooth.
Step 5

pour into crust and bake at 300 for 45-55 minutes until center is firm.
