This is a quick and easy cheesecake. Very tasty and you can vary the flavor of the pie filling. Strawberry, cherry and blueberry are all delicious.

  • 1
    white or yellow cake mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 2 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
  • 4
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 can(s)
    pie filling- strawberry, cherry

How to Make Easy Cheesecake


  1. preheat oven to 300. reserve 1 cup dry cake mix.
  2. In a large bowl combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil. mixture will be crumbly. press mixture evenly into bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sides of a greased 13x9 inch pan.
  3. In same bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sugar. add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. beat 1 minute at medium speed.
  4. slowly add milk and extracts mixing on low until smooth.
  5. pour into crust and bake at 300 for 45-55 minutes until center is firm.
