This is an easy, delicious recipe that is great for pot luck or anytime! You surely don't have to worry about leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 packages cream cheese (room temp.)
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 stick butter melted

How To Make crescent cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Open one can of rolls and lay on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pinch seams together. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in mixer. Spread cream cheese over rolls. Lay next can of rolls on top of cheese mixture. Melt your stick of butter and pour on top of your second layer of rolls. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar on top of the butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. You can serve warm, but they are just as good cold. Don't forget to keep them refrigerated because of the cream cheese! You can top with strawberries or blueberries!! Yum!
