Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - egg, separated
- 2 cans crescent rolls (pillsbury)
How To Make cream cheese pastry

Step 1Lay one can of crescent rolls in an ungreased 9X13 pan. Beat together 1 cup of sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and egg yolk.

Step 2Spread on top of crescents.

Step 3Lay the 2nd can of crescent roll on top of cream cheese mixture.

Step 4Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
