How to Make Cream Cheese Pastry
- Lay one can of crescent rolls in an ungreased 9X13 pan. Beat together 1 cup of sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and egg yolk.
- Spread on top of crescents.
- Lay the 2nd can of crescent roll on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
