This is a delicious frosting on pineapple cakes, carrot cakes, white cakes, cupcakes, etc.

Ingredients For coconut cream cheese frosting

  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 1 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1-1/2 c
    shredded coconut, toasted

How To Make coconut cream cheese frosting

  • 1
    Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy and add cream. Add sugar slowly and add the other ingredients, except toasted coconut.

    When done, put frosting on cake and top with toasted coconut.
