Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 package 10 oounces miniature marshmallows
  • - chocolate frosting,below

How To Make chocolate marshmallow brownies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease baking sheet.
  • Step 2
    Cream together butter,sugar and cocoa.
  • Step 3
    Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each one.
  • Step 4
    Add flour, salt, and vanilla and mix well.Spread evenly in pan and bake for 22 to 25 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Remove from oven and cover entire top with marshmallows.Return to oven for 3 minutes till soft and puffy.
  • Step 6
    When cooled frost with chocolate frosting. Chocolate Frosting; 1/2 cup butter,1/4 cup milk,2 teaspoons vanilla,3 tablespoons cocoa,.2-3 cups powdered sugar.
  • Step 7
    Beat all ingredients with mixer untill smooth. Add more powdered sugar or milk until you reach desired consistency.
