- 1 cup chocolate chips semi sweet

Step 1Small saucepan. Combine sugar, butter and milk. Medium to Medium low, boil for a minute. Stir constantly. Remove from stove and stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Pour over hot cake and spread out.
