Ricotta and chocolate chips? Got it! The urge for a cannoli... so got it! This is how this dip and bowl was created. We loved it.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you love cannolis, you'll love this simple cannoli dip dessert. Tortillas are brushed with melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar and baked until crispy. They form a delicious bowl for the creamy cannoli dip. Ricotta cheese, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract are whipped together to form a dip that tastes like a cannoli filling. It's texture is similar to fruit dip and perfect with strawberries. We also made some cinnamon butter sugar chips because the bowls weren't enough for dipping.
