How to Make Candied Pecans
- 1Toast pecans @ 225º for 15 minutes.
- 2Combine salt & sugar and spice into egg whites which have been stiffly beaten.
- 3Fold in pecans & coat well.
- 4Melt butter in 9 by 13 pan & spread in pecans.
- 5Mix pecans in butter until coated.
- 6Bake @ 325º for 30 minutes.
- 7Turn pecans in butter every 10 minutes until butter is gone.
