Ingredients

  • 1 - egg white
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make butter cream frosting

  • Step 1
    Beat egg whites until very stiff. Slowly add sugar then milk. Put aside.
  • Step 2
    Beat remaining ingredients well. Slowly add egg mixture, beating after each addition, until well mixed. Resembles whipped cream when done.
