Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup splenda/sugar blend
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 quarts whole strawberries, capped and washed
- 4 ounces low fat cream cheese cut in small pieces
How To Make bunyan's diabetic strawberry cream cheese cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Melt butter and pour into a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish.

Step 3In a small bowl, mix together the egg, milk, flour, splenda / sugar blend, baking powder, and salt

Step 4Pour directly over the butter in the baking dish, but do not stir.

Step 5Add the strawberries, arranging in a single layer as much as possible.

Step 6Sprinkle cream cheese pieces over strawberries.

Step 7Bake for 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown and edges are bubbling. (Crust rises up and around the fruit, but fruit will still peek out of top.)

Step 8Cool completely on a cake rack before serving
