I can imagine topping so many pies with this whipped cream: pumpkin, pecan, apple, sweet potato . . . and so many others. Mmm, what a tasty addition to holiday pies!

Ingredients

1 c
heavy cream
3 Tbsp
confectioners' sugar
1 Tbsp
bourbon
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1In a medium bowl, beat cream and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
2Add bourbon and vanilla extract and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
3Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups.
