Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make bourbon whipped cream

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, beat cream and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Step 2
    Add bourbon and vanilla extract and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 3
    Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups.
