How to Make Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 regular-sized muffin cups with liners, or spray with non-stick vegetable spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt and allspice. In a smaller bowl, slightly beat eggs then add milk and vegetable oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in blueberries.
  3. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Enjoy!
