Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup boiling water
How To Make blueberry cobbler

Step 1Mix the berries, cinnamon, and lemon juice; pour into a greased 8" pan. In a mixing bowl, stir flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and baking powder; stir in milk and margarine.

Step 2Spoon mixture over berries. For topping, mix 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over batter. Slowly pour boiling water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick.
