graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c
quaker one minute oats
1 stick
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1/2 c
chopped walnuts


1 pkg
cream cheese (8oz)
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/3 c
lemon juice


2 c
1 Tbsp
corn starch
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
1 Tbsp
lemon juice

How to Make Blueberry Cheesecake


  • 1Combine first 5 ingredients and press into a sprayed 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 10 minutes and let cool.
  • 2Combine filing ingredients and mix on high for 4 minutes. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • 3Combine all topping ingredients and bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes to thicken. Remove and set aside to cool. Pour over cheesecake after it has been refrigerated for 1 hour.
  • 4Refrigerate for another hour and then serve!
