Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup quaker one minute oats
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- CREAM CHEESE FILLING
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- BLUEBERRY TOPPING
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make blueberry cheesecake

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients and press into a sprayed 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 10 minutes and let cool.

Step 2Combine filing ingredients and mix on high for 4 minutes. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3Combine all topping ingredients and bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes to thicken. Remove and set aside to cool. Pour over cheesecake after it has been refrigerated for 1 hour.

Step 4Refrigerate for another hour and then serve!
