Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup hot milk
- - sweetened whipped cream
How To Make blender pots de creme

Step 1Combine egg, cocoa, sugar, butter, shortening, and vanilla in blender container; blend until smooth, scraping sides of container frequently. Add hot milk; blend on high speed until smooth, scraping sides of container occasionally.

Step 2Pour into four creme pots or demitasse cups; press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Chill several hours or until set. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
