Ingredients

  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup hot milk
  • - sweetened whipped cream

How To Make blender pots de creme

  • Step 1
    Combine egg, cocoa, sugar, butter, shortening, and vanilla in blender container; blend until smooth, scraping sides of container frequently. Add hot milk; blend on high speed until smooth, scraping sides of container occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Pour into four creme pots or demitasse cups; press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Chill several hours or until set. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
