Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla wafers cookies
- 2 cups butter, melted
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 cans 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 3-5 - bananas
- 2 cups whipped cream or one 12 oz container cool whip
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 jar small, maraschino cherries
How To Make banana split cake

Step 1Crush vanilla wafers and pour in 1 cup of melted butter.

Step 2Combine well and press into bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 3Combine sugar, eggs and 1 cup of melted butter.

Step 4Beat until light and fluffy.

Step 5Pour over top of vanilla wafer crust.

Step 6Layer crushed pineapple followed by banana slices onto cake.

Step 7Spread with whipped cream and then sprinkle with pecans.

Step 8Arrange cherries on top.

Step 9Refrigerate for at least one hour before servings.
