Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 cups jiffy baking mix
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana (2-3 medium)
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts

How To Make banana nut bread

  • Step 1
    Cream butter/margarine and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake about 55 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool before slicing.
