Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups jiffy baking mix
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (2-3 medium)
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts
How To Make banana nut bread

Step 1Cream butter/margarine and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

Step 2Pour into greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake about 55 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool before slicing.
