all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
1/4 c
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 large
1/4 c
libby's pumpkin puree
3 Tbsp
whole milk
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
canola or vegetable oil

How to Make Baked Pumpkin Donuts with Caramel Glaze


  • 1In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar
  • 2In another bowl, combine egg, pumpkin, milk, vanilla and oil.
  • 3Mix the ingredients together and stir until just combine.
  • 4Do not over-mix or the donuts will be tough.
  • 5Spoon the batter into a zip-top bag. .
  • 6Snip the corner off and squeeze the batter into a donut pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray
  • 7Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 8Remove and allow to cool slightly before dipping in Caramel Glaze that has been warmed.
