Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- - caramel ice cream topping
- FILLING
- 4 packages (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 4 - eggs
- 1 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups apples, peeled, cored and slioed
How To Make apple crisp cheesecake

Step 1Crust: Combine all ingredients. Press into bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of a 10 inch springform pan. Chill.

Step 2Topping: Combine all ingredients, except caramel ice cream topping, until crumbly. Set aside.

Step 3Filling: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and sour cream for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well on low speed. Add spices and vanilla. Pour into crust. Spread apples over filling. Sprinkle topping ingredients, which have been mixed, on top.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for 65-75 minutes. Cool completely in pan on wire rack, Chill overnight.

Step 5Serve with 1 tablespoon of caramel ice cream topping over each slice.
