These are delicious and a nice change to your plain old muffins! Just remember and add the milk cause I keep forgetting! Ha ha!

Ingredients
- 150 grams plain flour
- 80 grams brown or golden sugar
- 80 grams caster sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 115 milliliters milk
- 85 grams butter, melted
- 1 - egg
- 120 grams peeled and grated cooking apples
- 12 - muffin cases
How To Make apple and cinnamon muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 190* (180* for fan oven).

Step 2In a big mixing bowl, add the flour, sugars, baking powder and cinammon and mix.

Step 3Add all the remaining ingredients and stir it all together well.

Step 4Spoon the batter into muffin cases in a muffin tin.

Step 5Bake for 16-20 mins or until lightly browned on top. (you can poke a skewer through the middle and see if it comes out clean to check if they are done).
