This is so easy to put together for a great hot afternoon treat! You can omit the cocoa and add in 2 cups pureed fresh or frozen fruit before adding to the ice cream maker

1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream

How To Make super easy homemade ice cream

Step 1

Combine half-and-half, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in a blender; process on low until smooth. Stir in heavy cream. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. Yield: 1-1/2 quarts.
