  • 1 1/4 c
    heavy or double cream, well-chilled
  • 2/3 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    instant espresso powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    espresso liqueur

How to Make Nigella Lawson's One-Step, No-Churn Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together just until the whisk leaves trails of soft peaks in the bowl
  2. Fill one 1-pint airtight container(s), and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve straight from the freezer.
