mexican vanilla ice cream
This recipie is for a 1.5 quart ice cream maker. I use the freezer bucket style of ice cream maker. I have been making Ice Cream for some time and this is my best Vanilla Ice Cream recipe ever! Do not substiture for low fat anything! The consistancy of this Ice Cream has been perfected and depends on the exact ingredients.....at least my husband thinks so! I use La Vencedora Mexican Vanilla. There are many brands of Mexican Vanilla, and of the ones I have used so far, this is my favorite.
