2 tspinstant espresso granules (or 4 tsp. instant coffee granules)
4 clow-fat vanilla ice cream, softened
2 tspcoffee beans, ground (i use dark chocolate covered beans)
How to Make Instant Triple Coffee Ice Cream
- Place a large bowl in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Combine kahlua and espresso granules in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave at high 30 seconds. Stir until granules are dissolved.
- Combine kahlua mixture, ice cream, and ground coffee beans in chilled bowl. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
