Ingredients

  • ·
    corn taco shells
  • ·
    vanilla ice cream
  • 6 oz
    chopped semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 Tbsp
    chopped butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    corn syrup
  • ·
    chopped peanuts

How to Make Do It Yourself Choco Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill taco shells with vanilla ice cream.
  2. Freeze until hard (2 hrs.)
  3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave.
  4. Stir in pieces of butter and corn syrup.
  5. Dip / roll top half of taco shells in chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Place back in freezer to harden, about 2 minutes.
