Ingredients

  • - corn taco shells
  • - vanilla ice cream
  • 6 ounces chopped semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 tablespoons chopped butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • - chopped peanuts

How To Make do it yourself choco tacos

  • Step 1
    Fill taco shells with vanilla ice cream.
  • Step 2
    Freeze until hard (2 hrs.)
  • Step 3
    Melt chocolate chips in microwave.
  • Step 4
    Stir in pieces of butter and corn syrup.
  • Step 5
    Dip / roll top half of taco shells in chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Place back in freezer to harden, about 2 minutes.
