6 ozchopped semi sweet chocolate chips
6 Tbspchopped butter
1 1/2 Tbspcorn syrup
How to Make Do It Yourself Choco Tacos
- Fill taco shells with vanilla ice cream.
- Freeze until hard (2 hrs.)
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave.
- Stir in pieces of butter and corn syrup.
- Dip / roll top half of taco shells in chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Place back in freezer to harden, about 2 minutes.
