How to Make Do It Yourself Choco Tacos
- 1Fill taco shells with vanilla ice cream.
- 2Freeze until hard (2 hrs.)
- 3Melt chocolate chips in microwave.
- 4Stir in pieces of butter and corn syrup.
- 5Dip / roll top half of taco shells in chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Place back in freezer to harden, about 2 minutes.
