Ingredients

  • FOR THE COFFEE FLAVOR:
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • - pinch of salt
  • - vanilla wafers and chocolate syrup for serving
  • FOR THE ICE CREAM:
  • 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 ounces whipping cream or heavy cream

How To Make coffee ice cream {no-churn}

  • Step 1
    Combine all of the ingredients for the coffee flavor in a medium sized bowl and mix well. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir together well; set aside while whipping the cream. Whip the cream until peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk. Place in a container and freeze until ice-cream consistency forms; approximately 5 -6 hours; or until ice-cream forms. Serve with vanilla wafers and a drizzle of chocolate syrup is so desired.
