1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
1 cup sugar
2 - eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 to2/3 cup baking cocoa

How To Make chocolate ice cream

Step 1

Combine cocoa and sugar, in a mixing bowl and mix.

Step 2

Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
Step 3

Add cream an half and half.
Step 4

Beat well and chill thoroughly. Freeze for 25-30 minutes in ice creamer maker.
